Ashaninka Photography project Peru

The photographs to the right and left are a sample of photographs taken by the Asháninka in the first workshop: Introduction to Photography.
We are in the process of preparing more images to add to the site.

All Photographs are © to individual Asháninka Photographers and NOKISANORI, (the Ashaninka Photgraphy Cpllective).

NOKISANORI - The photographers, after discussing suggestions from all participants, collectively decided that the name of the photographers collective would be NOKISANORI which means "OUR EYES" in Asháninka.
